Ingredients
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 2 cups minute rice
- pepper to taste
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- Mix the beef, milk, rice and pepper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- After the mixture has set, form into 1oz meatballs
- In a skillet, cook the meatballs until fully cooked
- add the tomato soup to the meatballs cove and simmer for about 10 minutes
