Porcupine Meatballs

This is one of the easiest comfort foods you'll ever create!

Ingredients 
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 2 cups minute rice
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
Directions
  • Mix the beef, milk, rice and pepper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  •  After the mixture has set, form into 1oz meatballs
  • In a skillet, cook the meatballs until fully cooked
  • add the tomato soup to the meatballs cove and simmer for about 10 minutes
Serving size: 5 meatballs
